How to simulate the board?

Hi All,

 

I have Cadence Orcad PCB editor 16.2.  How to  analyse the signal on the board? I am new to this simulation. signal probe tab is grayed out. Under  Tool>  Analyse > signal model option is there, but I dont know how to move further.  Please let me know is it possible to simulate the board using this version?. If possible please let me know what are the setups we need to run simulation.
