Display mode changed on Allegro PCB after license failure

Background:  We had a failure with our network and our license server was unavailable.  I killed Allegro PCB (running Windows XP).  I restored the license server, but now my display configuration has changed.  It is in the mode now that when you get to a certain zoom level, the smaller features disappear unless you have your mouse pointer over them.  Also the planes have reverted to transparent mode.

Anyway of recovering the old settings?

If the "planes have reverted to transparent mode", my guess would be that "OpenGL" has been enabled, whereas it was disabled previously. Setup>User Preferences, search for "disable_opengl", check the box and restart PCB Editor.
