Which is the proper model for my design among the several options for the same part in the library

In the bipolar.lib file there are range of models for the National's Q2N2222 bjt. My target circuit must be working under temperature range -55C to 125C. Which model should I use to get more precise to the real Q2N2222: Q2N2222/TEMP, Q2N2222 or (Q2N2222/-55C together with Q2N2222/125) . Does there any manual explaining on cases in which each model should be used in.

Looks like, for example, the model Q2N2222/-55C gives the bjt's parameters under -55C(no irradiation) more precise than Q2N2222/TEMP. But, in case Q2N2222/-55C, should I use ".TEMP -55" in the Pspice deck, putting the whole the cicuit under tempreture condition or should I apply -55C only towards the rest of the circuit except Q2N2222s?

Thank you, Sam
