Allegro 16.2 Design entry HDL. Command console driving me nuts - solution anyone?

 Hi all,

I've just started using 16.2 in anger, and as the title above suggests, the command console in DE HDL is driving me nuts.

In previous versions, I could open the console, type a command, make some mouse clicks in the schematic, type another command etc.

Now, I have to  open the console, click on the console, type a command, make some mouse clicks in the schematic, click on the console, type another command etc.

Every time I want a new command I have to click on the console window first.

Anyone know how to bring back the old way of working where keyboard commands (almost) always go the the console?

Cheers,
