layout to editor pcb - pad removal

I had added some vias and some mount holes to an ORCAD layout and converted the .max file to a .brd file.

The conversion removed all non-netlisted components on the board.  I need to add the mount holes and the 60+ vias used to tie two ground planes together across the board and do not want to have to create a page in the schematic for all those vias. 

is there another way to do this?  I would like to tie the mount holes to a net as well..how to do this also?

    mountholes were created as schematic single pin part with correct footrprint and tied to net in schematic.

     the vias i just added straight to the pcb by double clicking and connected it to the appropriate net.
