Proper view of a package

 Hello,

   I need to create a footprint of a PTH transformer package, but i'm quite confusing that whether it is top view or bottom view. There is not more information available in datasheet. Anyone help me.

    It appears to be in "3rd angle projection" which would imply that the bottom picture is from the underneath (bottom view).

    But...there are a lot of companies that have no clue how to draw so you will have to confirm this.  Order a sample or contact the factory.
