Missing library after 16.2 Install

I uninstalled 16.1 and installed 16.2 on my system along with the digital libraries. The element library seems to be missing. How can I get this library back on my systems?

    Hi –

    The element library no longer is included in the libraries shipped after the SPB16.1 release. You can install SPB16.1 on another system (just libraries from the 4th CD), and then copy it to your SPB16.2 installation.

    I used the symbol VCC and VDD in the element library what in an appropriate replacement?

    Most customers have constructed their own VCC/VDD/GND symbols.
