Suggest me via stack for 0.5mm pitch BGA

Hi all,

I am using 0.5mm pitch BGA on 2 layer PCB. Please let me know what kind of via stack should be use for fanouts or via used for escape from the pad.

Now on a 2 layer board there is only one via stack but I have no idea how thick your board is so it's impossible to suggest a stack.
