Transulating a (.MAX) design to (.BRD)

Need help with this.

Using 16.2 and have done the transulation.

The plane shape data is as follows;

crosshatched in smooth mode, style custom, hatch set #1, width 0,0, spacing 6.4, angle 116.

I just want the plane shape solid filled, how do I do that?

thanks

    Assuming that the shape is dynamic, if not, use Shape>Change Shape Type and set the Options for "To Dynamic Copper" and then select the shape, right-click, Done to change the shape.

    Two things control the shapes, Global settings, Shape>Global Dynamic Parameters and shape specific parameters, Shape>Select Shape or Void, select the shape, right-click>Parameters. Any shape overrides will be bold blue in the dialog, clear these, and / or set the shape parameters back to defaults, Style: Horiz_Vert, First: Line Width:5, Spacing: 5, Angle:0, Second: Line Width: 5, Spacing: 5, Angle:90 (or metric equivalents for the Width and Spacing) For psrameters of an individual shape, right-click, Done to apply the paramaters, or use Apply for the Global Parameters.

    First time I have heard of a translated shape that was not solid filled, might be "something" from the Layout shape settings.

    Thank you.

    This is the first board that we have attempted to translate.

    When I discovered this I kind of had an idea what needed to be done.

    I read the help file on the shapes before posting and didn’t quite have it figured out how to change it.

    Sometimes someone else can explain it better.

    Thanks for you support.

    I see that you respond to quite a few posts, keep up the good help to us newbie’s.
