Problem in "Place Database Part"

I am using OrCAD Capture CIS 10.5.

I have a problem in this command:

'Place -> Database Part'.

When I select page 'Internet Component Assistant', I get a message of error 404: "The page cannot be found".

It is new problem, few days (or weeks) ago this command worked properly.

I had an advice to open URL  http://cds.orcad.com/ap_home.asp? by Internet Explorer.

I opened it and I can find the components, but I cannot place the part to my scheme.

Help me please !

    That is correct, since the 16.3 release last week, versions 16.2 or 16.3 are required to access the ICA - basically the current or previous releases are now required.

     I too tried this before, try it again. Please let me know the command/error you are getting.

    I am currently using Capture CIS 16.0. I am currently trying to use the place -> database part -> Internet Component Assistant", I get error 404: "The page cannot be found". I have attached the file to this post.

    I am seeing the same error screen mentioned by the above cadence user. Is there any place where I can change the URL to http://cds.orcad.com/ap_home.asp so that I can get started with my design else what is the solution?

    The ICA now requires at least version 16.2 of the tools to gain access, if you are running version 16.0 or earlier, you will be getting the "page not found" since you are not running the version required to view the page. IF you need to use the ICA, you will need to be running at least version 16.2 of the tools.
