couldn't launce artwork in allegro PCB design 16.2

Hello, I need somehelp. I  am using allegro PCB design 16.2. artwork function used to works well. don't know why suddenly it won't work. after I click artwork nothering happen. but silkscreen works fine. I notice after I click artwork. no any message displayed in command window. should I reinstall the software? any suggestion is appreciated.

    Hi Dave,  Thanks for your help. You are right, I used to have a docking station and have dual monitor. And this problem happened when I use my laptop display only, because laptop automaticly turn off the second disply when disconnectd from the docking. When enable dual display and I found the Artwork control window on another display. You saved my holiday.  Merry Christmas and happy new year. David
