Allegro Board data to OrCAD CIS

Hello All, I have a situation where I have the board data and the PDF version of the schematic. Does anyone have an idea of quickest way of creating a OrCAD Capture file from these two files? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

     It's going to require manual transcription.  You could hire a design bureau skilled at this. :)
