Quickview(Preview) of pad while creating Package using wizard-SPB163

 Is their any setting that has to be followed to get the Quickview of the pads while creating the Package using wizard. The graphical view is blank.

    This is broken and has been that way for a long time now. My guess is that there is "something" that prevents this being fixed is a reasonable fashion.
