I want to intsall SPB 16.3 as an file server.I'va triad some differnt way to do it. But the installation is still not an fileserver.

The instruktion do not tell mutch about file server installation.

As i read, you must install the license server at the same time. But we allready have a licinse srever running.

What should I do to install the file server correctly?

 Regards,

That's right, there is not much information about the file server installation, and that is because ANY product installation can now act as a file server - the old specific file server installation is no longer required. This machine / installation does not need to be running the license manager. Then follow the instructions on setting up the client from page 19 of the pcbinstall.pdf in the Disk1\documents directory of the media, or media image.
