DRC -> Adjusting constraints in Allegro

I need a new DRC rule. But I dont know how I can insert the next DRC-rule: I need a spacing of 70µm from the soldermask of a (through hole) pin to a line segment (connection)...

I have changed this rule:
Line to Thru hole pin (2.8mils)

But I it doesnt seem to work.

 thnx in advance

That works if the soldermask for the hole is 1:1 with the metal.  Is it?  It sounds like it might be oversized in which case you need to account for the sm clearance.

If you get stuck, you can zip up a board and post it here but look at the sm definition first...

In Constraint Manager use the menu selection Analyze >Analysis modes.
Select the Design Options tab; You can add a clearance for SM to shape; SM to pad/cline.
Enable the DRC check in the Design Modes tab.
    Update DRCs
