Mounting Holes/Component Holes not going thru board

 Hello,

My Mounting/Component Holes are not going thru the board when I make a IDF, They just stay on the top layer. Is there a setting I don't have set?

 

Also, How do I make the height of each symbol I create? When I make a IDF my component are all the same size, Is there a setting to change that too?

    I got the board to work now I will try the holes, I'll let you know...
