Test Coupons

Hi,

How can we place test coupons on board and assign etch lines to it's specific pads?

    If you have a L + Performance license there is a create coupons function under the manufacture menu where you can define coupons. If you don't have access to this license then the best way would be to create a mechanical symbol. You can add pads, clines in here. You will need add a locked or fixed property to the symbol to stop gloss ripping them up.

    I can choose between different coupon types and able to place them on the board but can't finish this command. Neither Cancel or OK buttons close the dialog. The only way to close it is to type "done" or "cancel" from the console. However this erases all the coupons I have placed.

    There used to be an issue where creating coupons wouldn't work correctly if you were in an application mode so disable this (setup - application mode - none) and then give it a try.

    This is still an issue.

    But it works in "none" application mode as you said.
