hello, currently i''m working on my project. im studying on a circuit and trying to simulate it on orcad capture. im using IRF 150 mosfet and VPULSE in my circuit. i draw the circuit on capture and tried to simulate it, but it an error occured, telling that there was an error while creating the netlist. when i look at the session log, it had those warnings and an error message: ERROR [NET0077] Pin 2 in template not found on D11 ERROR [NET0077] Pin B in template not found on D13 ERROR [NET0077] Pin 2 in template not found on D13 ERROR [NET0085] Part V3 has no 'V1' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V3 has no 'V2' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V2 has no 'V1' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V2 has no 'V2' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V8 has no 'V1' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V8 has no 'V2' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V7 has no 'V1' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V7 has no 'V2' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V6 has no 'V1' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V6 has no 'V2' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V5 has no 'V1' property ERROR [NET0085] Part V5 has no 'V2' property WARNING [NET0093] No PSpice Template for U2, ignoring

Seems like you have somewhat more that a mosfet and VPulse in the circuit, you have error messages relating to at least 2 diodes, 6 voltage sources and an IC, probably the mosfet. At the very least, you need to ensure that you have pasrt from the PSpice libraries in the circuit. Find the PSpice Users Guide, pspug.pdf in the doc\pspug directory of the installation and start reading, this will take you through the basics of circuits and simulation with PSpice.
