How do I add symbols to my layout.

My PB-free, RoHS, Stackup, Fab-Notes, etc.  I have them as symbols, but once I'm in pcb editor, how do I get into the program so I can place it?

 Thanks,

Mike

Assuming you have these symbols as .bsm or .fsm drawing and they are in your psmpath you add them using Place >Manually.
In the 'Advanced Settings' tab of the Placement UI enable 'Library'
In the 'Placement List' tab select the pulldown and set it to "Mechanical symbols' or 'Format symbols'.

If the symbols are in your psmpath they shoudl show up for placement.
