Problem placing part in PCB Editor 16.2

I go to place a 144 pin FPGA and get the message

E-SPMHGE-82 Pin numbers do not match between symbol and component run dev_check on device file for more imformation

I've looked at them and they look to match and the device symbol is one I exported off of an existing board.  How do I run a dev_check and what should I be looking for?

Yep, was a sot23-5 package with pin 1 NC, but wasn't in the capture part.  The FPGA had a hidden pin 145 for the ground pad on the bottom of the chip that wasn't on the capture.
