Problem generating netlist from capture for pcb editor

I can't generate a netlist from Capture (16.2) for PCB editor. It's the same problem as: www.cadence.com/.../10790.aspx Except I'm on WinXP. When I was using 16.0 there were no problems. Only when I upgraded to 16.2 did the issues occur. Like the other person: "When pointing to a config file (the default allegro.cfg for example), and pressing the EDIT button, I get a pxllite error box that says "The parameter is incorrect". If the file field is empty, pressing the EDIT button opens a new text file in Notepad." Thanks!

    I suspect that the problem may be related, do you have full Admin rights?

    If not a user will full Admin rights will need to create the netlist once.

    Also you need full control over the product installation directories and files.
