Setup - Constraint Manager - Physical - Vias

I'm new to 16.2 and have not been able to figure out why some of my vias aren't working when I add them to the constraint manager. Any ideas?

Sorry -- can you be more specific?  Post a screenshot if you can.

The vias I need to use are VIA008 and VIA020 but since they do not have the little symbol next to them, Allegro doesn’t see them.

I have no idea why some of my vias have that symbol and why some don’t nor do I know how to change the vias so they all have it.

Hmmm....it looks like Allegro thinks those padstacks don't have a TOP to BOTTOM padstack associated.  Make sure to check the part in the padstack editor for any issues.  Perhaps you have a warning that is causing a real problem?  Null padstacks somewhere? Missing thermals or shapes?
