Error importing netlist in allegro 16.3

I have created a netlist with Orcad Capture (16.3).

I'm trying to import this in allgro 16.3 => File - import - logic - Design entry CIS

When I click import, it takes about 10 minutes and then it crashes without a warning...

 anyone knoww what I am doing wrong?

     What happens when you run the "Create Netlist" command and package it within that command?  Does it generate a BRD file?
