    hi ole, i really dont know what these files are, acronym for ANF is Ansoft Neutral File. its just that our customer wants some kind of file for simulation i think. regards,eric

     Ansoft has a support team for this.  Their tools do have a plug-in (skill) for Cadence that outputs the needed files.  Be sure to contact Ansoft to get this fixed.
