No pull down with right mouse click in PCB Designer.

 I launched PCB Designer (Allegro 16.2) this morning to continue a board design and have no pull down menus ie: move, spin etc. I called tech support and they have no idea.

     Now I can't duplicate the failure, renamed all the files one by one and no failure. This may be tied to Windows Vista.
