Notes for pcb manufacturing

Hi

Using PCB EDITOR, 16.3.

Want ideas on how to create a standard note file/symbol that can be added to the design file.

     It's a format symbol vs a package symbol.  File-New-Format symbol

    Add notes et al and then place it on pcb from place-manual...
