How to set the length and delay constraints between T point(added during net scheduling) and pins using Allegro PCB Editor(with Performance option)

    Create a pin-pair from T-point to the pin then specify the delay values in min/max cells in Min/Max Propagation Delay worksheet within Constraint Manager.
