Error while converting from Orcad layout to Allegro

Hi I am getting this below error while converting Orcad pcb to Allegro pcb .

Please let whether we need to change the Top layer name .If it is so i have checked the Top layer there is no route keepout .Please help me to solve this issue

ERROR (Layout To Allegro PCB Design), Error while writing the PCB Editor Database.
ERROR: Subclass name TOP not valid Allegro subcls for class ROUTE KEEPIN. Quitting.
ERROR: loading Allegro database

    Allegro PCB Editor only allows a ROUTE KEEPIN on the "ALL" subclass.
    There was an issue with the translator when importing data and a  fix was generated back in March. You will need to load the latest hotfix to resolve this.
