Parallelism in assy & Silk text alignment.

 Hi,

I am new user to allegro.

Is there any way to do parellelism in text alignement in board file.means one person doing assembly text alignment & other one

working on silkscreen & then combine together .

Is it possible? if yes please tell me how to do that ?

    Hi Venkatesh,

    You may want to check out the set_refdes.il SKILL file on COS. It's supposed to allow you to save the ref des position to a file, and then import it later. So the ref des silk could be edited by one user, saved to a file, and then imported into a "master" PCB file later.

    I haven't used it myself, so I don't know if there are any limitations to the program or not, but you might want to check out http://www.cadence.com/community/forums/T/15713.aspx.

    it working for silkscreen,( I think this skill file will not work on assembly text).
