Has "ODB++ Inside" ceased to exist?

I stumbled on File|Export ODB++ Inside and since my computer was recently setup for 16.3, this interface was not installed. I was greeted with a screen that was to redirect me to the Valor Site/download. Indeed I know that MGC acquired Valor, so I was not surprised to end up at MGC's site, but there I could not find any download menus for ODB++ Inside.

Has this product ceased to exist? Has the format been abandoned? Was it killed due to low interest or bad performance/useability, has MGC pulled download or made the producy unavailable to competitors?
