updated OrCAD from 16.3S005 to 16.3S009

I recently updated OrCAD from 16.3S005 to 16.3S009 and things behavior strangely.
1.    It hangs up more often.
2.    The “Add Connect/Snap to connect point doesn’t work.”  Therefore, I have to set the grid to 1 mil in order to connect exactly where the rats nets are.  This is very annoying.
3.    It allows 2 different nets to connect/cross (the push/hug do not work).  I think it may be related to problem #2 since the new trace is not considered connected to the net.
All these may be simply a setting problem, but I couldn’t find it.

Any clue on this issue?  Thanks.

    Hi

I cannot remember this from s009, you could always try updating to s011 which is the newest update-

Are you sure that pins are enabled in your find filter - this is the most typical problem when snap to connect point don't work.

    Best regards

    Ole

     Ole,

You've always been very helpful.  That's right.  The pins were not enabled (by default) after upgrading to the new version.  Thanks for your help.
