unused Vias deleting

I've done some reroutes and had to cut out some regions of tracks and vias but have some unused vias sprinkled around the board. Gloss doesn't appear to clean it up.

As long as you are running 16.2 or newer the Dangling Line Report will show these vias in the Dangling Via section of the report no matter what license of Allegro is being used.

You need to be careful when adding vias when shapes are present because if you drop an isolated via it may connect to a shape and more if more then one connection is generated it is no longer considered to be dangling.
