can anybody provide the new version cdc2fab

I am using the old version(1.06b) cdc2fab to create a cad file with allegro 16.2,but I meet with some question when I use the camcad to open the cad file,I cannot open the file and the camcad give the message "extrac not recognized",what is the matter,if  the cdc2fab is too old.

        I have attached my CDC2FAB file, it's version 4.2.D(NT), I have also attached my config file.
