Why no font when i DXF in.

i have lots of words in dxf of AUTOCAD file . when i import DXF file to my project. there is no font in it, but figure is all right. Allegro says as follow. How i can deal with it.  Many thanks for any reply.

    Not sure if it will help or not but I always output the DXF file in the lowest DXF version (V12.0) as to possibly avoid any compatibility issues.  Also I EXPLODE all elements to their lower levels to ease the translation into Allegro.  I have a stepped process by first saving the DXF to the lower version and if I don't get the results I am looking for I start to EXPLODE elements.

    yes, you are right. Mike Catrambone. you solved my problem. when i converte DXF to AutoCAD R12 version, it is OK now. Thank your again.
