Help- Program Creation for Silkscreen Orientation

Hi,

Can anyone help me what to do in creating a program or script that will do the following:

1.) automatically change all the silkscreen to a 0 degree or 90 degree orinetation.

2.) do a report on the orientation of the silkscreens/texts.

    Take a look in the PCB SKILL froum for Dave Elder's "autosilkUtils" script, seems like that might do "pretty much everything you need" for silkscreen processing, or might be adapted for any special needs that you might have.
