problem in software

hi all,

i am working in cadance 15.7 when i working in this software i have some problem in software ,some message will appear like that

"program has encountered a problem and must exit. The database will be saved (if applicable).Obtain the latest software update from cadance and if problem persists contact cadance customer support"

please give solution for me ....

     Could be a multitude of issues, so I'll give a quick to-do suggestion: every once in a while run a Tools/Check Database; then Save.

    You're problem could be anything from a missing t-point, to incorrect ending, to other things. Best just to 'check' it every once in a while. (BTW - I do it daily, just in case)
