problem in software or error message??

 hi all,

i am working in cadance 15.7 when i working in this software i have some problem in software ,some message will appear like that

"program has encountered a problem and must exit. The database will be saved (if applicable).Obtain the latest software update from cadance and if problem persists contact cadance customer support"

please give solution for me ....

    I'll take a ponder, and guess that you're using a more current operating environment than v15.7 likes (Windows Vista possibly?). Seems to be pointing to a font issue with the tool. Does DBfix solve any of this?

     Try running DBDoctor on it before opening it.  Sounds like a broken pointer in the database.
