Schematic export in Design Entry HDL

Hello,

I am new here, so I do not know if this is the right place to ask my question.

For work, I need to write a converter (in C++) that reads all schematic data from Design Entry HDL and puts this in a new format.

My question is: How can I obtain all schematic data into a file (not with Edif 300 please).

I saw that there are Design Entry HDL files (.cas, .csv, etc) but when I look into the .csa file I see wires in this file, but these are randomly saved in the file. I cannot figure out which wire belongs to which net and so on. The same with a dot. And how can I obtain the netterminals, which component pin belongs to which net.

I hope you can help me with this.

Thanks in advance,

    Hi,

    This had already been written.

Elgris Technologies Inc (www.elgris.com) has the tool (E-studio)  that can export

ConceptHDL schematic to EDIF200 schematic , EDIF300  schematic or to OrCAD schematic.

EDIF200 schematic can be taken to other systems.

*.CSA is a proprietory Cadence format - I doubt that anybody will comment about its content here.

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. My boss does not want to use the edif format, because we had problems with this in the past. I am looking for another solution, that is why I tried to use the .csa and .csv files.

Software development (also known as Application Development; Software Design, Designing Software, Software Engineering, Software Application Development, Enterprise Application Development, Platform Development[1]) is the development of a software product in a planned and structured process.[2] This software could be produced for a variety of purposes - the three most common purposes are to meet specific needs of a specific client/business, to meet a perceived need of some set of potential users (the case with commercial and open source software), or for personal use (e.g. a scientist may write software to automate a mundane task).
