 hi everybody

I downloaded footprint of a ic form texas, i want to import the footprint to altium desginer but it's only have footprint for these program: Cadence Allegro v13.6+, Mentor Boardstation v8.7+,Mentor PADS-PowerPCB v3.5+ 

the candence folder contains  .pad .psm .dra, but altium just open .alg or .brd file form candence!

i google and found out these formats are old version of candence and must use DBdoctor to change it to new ver. i tried so many times but i didn't mange to convert it! for exapmle i've got 3 files but just 1 input in dbdoctor menu!anyway if you can help through this,i will so appreciate about it.

and for next steps,is anyway to convert it to .brd so altium designer can open it?

 

and another issue it's better to mention i've got .abs file(Mentor PADS-PowerPCB) for this IC,but there is no *.D file for making Lib file from it.so i choose candence files.

    Performing UPREV on the database - C:/Users/Ardavan/DCU8.dra
       Performing dbfix13 to bring DB up to REV13
    C:\Users\Eagle>echo off
    Done dbfix
    Cannot open message file, env path is possibly set incorrectly.
    Error in system init = -1
    mh_get_msg_text(): MSProcessShortMsg() err = -4
    _mh_domessage(): MS error -4 for message id 2049
    ERROR: Revision to REV13 failed!
    ERROR: Uprev failed! 

     

     what does it mean? echo off?env path?

    like dbdoctor i 'd got error!
