 Good afternoon, Comrades!
I can not write in this topic, but this kind of products Cadence discuss)
Tell the
Dummies:
I need to simulate  it two transistors: BFT 92, BFR 92.
In libraries, bipolar, ebipolar, jebipolar I do not find it.
In which library are discrete transistors??????

If not such elements in the library, how to simulate them??? I have their parameters in Datasheet.

Just need to model the LED, also set the parameters?

These parts are in the "Phil_rf" library.

If the models are not in the supplied libraries, and you can find a SPICE model on a vendor web site, refer to Appendix C of the PSpice Users Guide, pspug.pdf in the doc\pspug directory of the installation. (TI has an Application Note on importing their SPICE models in to PSpice, other vendors may also have some additional documentation on this)

     Tell me please!

I did everything as written in User Guide.

Compiled by the scheme and run it.

But PSpice displays an error: ERROR -- Subcircuit ad8099 used by X_X1 is undefined

    What is it?

The model I downloaded from the site

Did you add the model library (.lib) file to your simulation profile?
