placing pin in bottom layer

hi,

can anybody tell me how to place a pin in bottom layer when creating a footprint in PCB editor.

    Create the padstack such that you have the pad defined for bottom layer, save the padstack

    Use this as padstack for the pin in footprint creation will place the pad in bottom layer.
