Hi all,

Do any body know about how to add a warning text message inside a script such that the warning pops up when I run the particular script.

Regards,

Babu

    Hello,

You have a couple ways of doing this.

    1) If you have access to SKILL then you could use "axlUIConfirm" to display a message.
Add the following anywhere in your script to display a message window:

skill axlUIConfirm "Enter Message Text Here"

This will pause the script until the user clicks the OK button on the message window.

    2) If you don't have access to SKILL then you could use the "confirm" command to display a message.
Add the following anywhere in your script to display a message window:

             confirm "Enter Message Text Here"

This will pause the script until the user clicks either the Yes or No buttons on the message window.

    Hope this helps,

    Hello Mike,

    Thanks for the inputs.

I think "Confirm" command may be more suitable for my requirement.

Is there any method to do two different actions based on the "Yes" or "No" button clicked by the user.

Eg. If user click YES, then the script will continue. If it is NO,the script will exit.

    Regards,

    Babu
