design path error???

 Hi everyone,

if i go to  setup-->user preference-->design path and import my library  in padpath and psm path and i click apply button error will occur i could not find what is error please suggest any body to help.

NOTE:when i working in local log in means error will not appear, if i work in server log in means error is appear

    thanks for your quick reply.i check both case of login,same path is assign for in env file. what will i do to import library path
