REG: Whether VIA needs spoke connection?

 Hi,

Good day to all !

  Are u giving   thernal relief (spokes) for the via's?. recently I have recieved a info. form assembly house saying that

  if we give a full contact for via's dry soldering will happen during manual soldering.

please share your experience on this.
