Quirk when placing a database part

Has anyone seen this happen before. It places an empty property tag called ICA_MFR_NAME. It think it has somthing to do with the database part properties and the DBC configuration. It is making this property visible and puts it all the way at the bottom. Picture attached.

     Hi,

The problem is mainly because while creating the part this porperty is assigned and its not placed properly.

Edit the part and then you will find this property name somewhere below, bring it close to the part or delete it.

If you want to retain it so make it invisible then by going to the Package properties.
