Update Symbol offset

 Hi all!

I use the module in allegro. When I made some change on a module, and I want to update the module in another board already routed, the module update, but offset his position a little bit. So, that produce a lot of DRC error, because some trace move, other's not, and then everything is by top everything.

Is there a way to update a module, without change his position?

Best regards

     Hi all!!

I didn't receive any response yet.

But do somebody can tell me if they have the same problem as me?

Because I need to know if I am wrong or if there's no way to update modules without offset.

    Best regards

I suspect one of two things is happening.

    1) Your board database is at lower resolution than the symbol resolution

    2) Someone moved the symbol origin

You can export the symbol from the original design and check both of these ideas

     Hi RedWire!

Thank you so much! My problem was the origine offset!

    Have a nice day!
