Placed Component Report Sorting

 When generating a customized Placed Comonent report is there a command symilar to the REFDES_SORT that will separates the components into a Top and bottom placement (SYM_MIRROR all top (NO) then all bottom (YES)?

Using the csv file and Excel sort almost works but does not sort incrimanetally only alpha numerically.

    Not quite, but you can get "Top Placed Components" and "Bottom Placed Components" in two reports by making a copy of your "placed report" and adding the following as the last statement in the report file BEFORE the END statement:

    for TOP add SYM_MIRROR=NO and for BOTTOM add SYM_MIRROR=YES

    You can then "glue" the two reports together in Excel, if that is your requirement.
