Help with thermal reliefs

 Hi,everyone.I am using possitive planes in my design in allegro pcb editor and i can't see the thermal reliefs of the vias i am using.In all other through hole pins i am using,everything is ok,what could be the problem?I tried to use a different padstack as via and although before the thermal relief was ok,when i used as a via the thermal dissapeard!It seems connected (there is no void when it is connected to the plane)but i can't see the cros.What have i done wrong?

    In PCB Editor, by default the Vias are set to Full Contact. Change this through Shape>Global Dynamic Parameters, Thermal Relief Connects tab, use the drop-down for Vias... OK, update Dynamic Shapes if required.
