Possible bug?

Has anyone ever had an instance where a poured shape did not update around different-net vias, resulting in a short?  The tool is Allegro 16.2.

    Thanks for the information, but there are no properties attached to the vias.  The same via is used all over the board, but was just the two vias that the shape didjn't update around.
