Cadence 16.0 Error

Hi, all:

I am a freshman to cadence pcb editor. I use cadence 16.0. I download a pcb footpirnt file of a device from TI website. According to its description, the .dra file is created using cadence 13.6.

When I use cadence 16.0 to open the .dra file, there's an error:

ERROR(SPMHDB0181): DATABASE REVISION 13.X IS TOO OLD .. MUST RUN DBDOCTOR.

I tried to run dbdoctor, but nothing improved. Now I'm stuck in this error and can not find solution. Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advance!

    I do not have cadence 15 and none of my teammates. So I use the command window to update and find sth. I missed before---- the log says:

    Performing UPREV on the database - F:/src_cadence16/PcbLib/KC5_allegro.v13.6/tpi0075n1.pad
       Performing dbfix13 to bring DB up to REV13
     F:\src_cadence16\PcbLib\KC5_allegro.v13.6>echo off  Done dbfix Cannot open message file, env path is possibly set incorrectly.   Error in system init = -1 mh_get_msg_text(): MSProcessShortMsg() err = -4 _mh_domessage(): MS error -4 for message id 2049 ERROR: Revision to REV13 failed!
    ERROR: Uprev failed!

    I know where "env" is, but seting env is too complex for me. So can I bother you to see this error and give me some advice to the problem?
